Spicy Cinnamon Cake

Boy, oh boy! The sweet aroma from this cake filled my house immediately!  Perfect combination of sweet, nutty and spicy… all in the same bite.  This makes a great dessert, breakfast treat or savory snack.  Enjoy!

Spicy Cinnamon Cake

• 4 eggs
• 1 package of spice cake mix
• 1/2  cup of vegetable oil
• small package of vanilla pudding mix
• 1 cup sour cream

Sugar Topping: (toss ingredients together in a bowl)

• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• 5 tbsp. sugar

Mix the first five ingredients together.  Spread 1/2 batter in bundt pan and sprinkle with 1/2 sugar topping.  Layer batter again and sprinkle with remaining sugar topping.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
